Virgili Group revamped the Lobby, Garden Lounge, and Bistro with Italian tiles, a 7’ gas fireplace, improved lighting, and open layouts to maximize natural light. The team prioritized functionality and seamless construction without disrupting daily operations.

The Lobby, Garden Lounge & Bistro improvements included
Removing old orange carpet in lieu of brighter 2x2 Italian tiles & carpet
Relocating doors & windows to increase natural light
Removing demising walls to open up the lobby & reception areas giving the residents a wide view upon entering the building
The addition of a 7’ wide gas fire place
New lighting throughout
