Right along the shore of Lake Ontario, the 8 York St condo renovation demanded a quick turnaround time. The client was in search of a company that was able to completely flip her space within the time that she was away on travels. As with any project, we always put most of the emphasis on the preparation stages – building the right time for the situation that would provide quality & stay within budget.

The client had been living in the building for about 8 years & decided it was time for a makeover since this would be home for the foreseeable future.

The project started with a full demolition of the kitchen, living room, bedroom, den & 2 bathrooms.

All spaces were refinished with top tier materials highlighted by custom cut natural stone sinks & backsplashes. The stone is complimented by a warm accent of solid wood millwork throughout.
